FEKRA Return & Refund Policy

At FEKRA, every piece is carefully produced and inspected before shipping. Please review our policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • No damage, stains, odors, or alterations

  • Original packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or limited pieces

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, exchanges may be available depending on stock availability.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, FEKRA will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or agreed transfer method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
